Wine country was all about beer on Saturday, June 20th, at Hermann’s 2nd Annual Rhythm & Brews Festival. $20 got you into the Hofgarten and all the beer samples you could handle from 12 Missouri microbreweries. You also got to keep your 5 oz. tasting glass with the Rhythm & Brews logo on it as a souvenir. The beer was good, the rain held off, and it was a great way to spend a Saturday. Most beer was from the St. Louis area, and of course the local Tin Mill Brewery was there sponsoring the event. Live music pulsated through the crowd after 2 p.m. and there was plenty of good food to soak up the beer with. This was unlike any festival I have ever been to. It was a lot of fun and I am definitely coming back next year!
