Hermann Hill Meeting Spaces

Check out our meeting rooms in Hermann, MO.

Pavilion – Our largest meeting room, approximately 4,450 square feet, can accommodate up to 300 people in a variety of table and chair configurations.
Meeting Room with food and people.
River Room – For smaller meetings, this 1,550-square-foot room is used for groups of 50 and under, as well as a vendor display area or breakout room when you are using the Pavilion for your main sessions.
Atrium – At approximately 700 square feet, this smaller room offers a gourmet coffee and tea sidebar, as well as a full-service bar with draft beer, wine, and spirits. This area is frequently used as a breakout room when you have your main sessions in the Pavilion.
Side Chapel – This small, but beautiful space is approximately 550 square feet and is frequently used as a breakout room when you have your main sessions in the Pavilion.

Upscale Lodging & Amenities

We offer upscale lodging for two or more-day meetings in any of our 20 rooms and can book additional rooms at adjoining properties and transport attendees in our Hermann Hill van or coordinate with the Hermann Trolley for their transportation. Our designated meeting coordinator can help you with all the details.
