There are many unique shops in Hermann Missouri, that guests can visit while staying at Hermann Hill. That is why we decided to feature three of these shops each month. We encourage everyone to get out and explore Hermann in July and August whether it be taking the Hermann Hill 3-mile walk, one of our two Scavenger Hunts or visiting one of these three great shops- Sugar Momma’s, TerraFlora Botanical and Gifts, and Type Styles.
Sugar Momma’s offers gifts from local artists, jewelry, and items shipped in from Germany and who can miss the pies and candies. Take yourself back to your childhood with the large of array of nostalgic candies that you can share with your children and grandchildren. Enjoy a slice of delicious pie on your next visit or enjoy the famous Ted Drew’s ice cream on the outside picnic tables while taking in the elaborate window displays. You will always have a good time when you’re at Sugar Momma’s–

Looking for a gift for the person who “has everything?” No fear, Type Styles in Hermann Mo is just the spot to find that rare gift you are looking for-stating the fact that they are the spot for “Things of an Unusual Nature.” Type styles offers everything from vintage advertising pieces, old tins and bottles, individual wood types and antiques. If you’re looking to buy a personalized item they can even create signs, posters, labels and even wine bottles.
