Here are some of the things you may notice that are different the next time you stay with us.
Timely Notifications
Email confirmations from Hermann Hill will now be even more informative! The email confirming your reservations will include a link where you can find out what items will be in your room (such as additional cleaning supplies, etc.), as well as which area attractions will be open.
We believe that planning ahead and knowing what’s available to you will give you the peace of mind you are looking for during your next staycation!
Self-Check-In
The Front Desk specialists at Hermann Hill expertly create the most hospitable check-in experiences for our guests. However, during these strange times, we’ve decided to offer a self-check-in option, which is available for our cottages only at this time. Instructions on how to do so will be outlined in your confirmation email.
Due to the community environment of Vineyard Inn, our guests will continue to be let in by our staff, until we upgrade to a keyless entry system in the near future.
Additional Cleaning Supplies
We’ve always gone above and beyond where cleanliness is concerned. Yet, considering our guests’ peace of mind has led to the decision that each room needs to include additional cleaning supplies, including a vacuum cleaner.
We want to be your close, clean and safe place to get away. Ensuring you feel comfortable, secure and happy is our top priority!
More Dine-In Options
To add to your level of comfort, you’ll see more options for complimentary in-room breakfast delivery, as well as additional slow-cooker and grilling basket options in your room awaiting your arrival!
Hermann Hill’s luxurious amenities and dine-in services make our Vineyard Inn rooms and Riverbluff Cottages a home away from home. Here, you can relax and get away without even leaving your room!
New Family Member
And for the most fun news to share is the arrival of our newest family member! This yet-to-be-named male Chocolate Lab puppy will be here accompanying Lewis in greeting you on your arrival!
Throughout April, we are holding a puppy naming contest and asking guests to email us their name suggestions for the chance to win gift certificates to Hermann Hill! Then in May, we will put the top four names to a vote and ultimately determine what this little guy’s name will be. (Find details to enter the contest here.)
