Chillin’ with Sasquatch this August

Watch out for Sasquatch on August 22nd at Oak Glenn Vineyards & Winery. Run, eat and party in the woods on the Inaugural Beer & Bagel Off Road Run for Missouri sponsored by Oak Glenn and Tin Mill Brewing Company. Beer & Bagel Off Road Runs have been a 20 year tradition in the heartland of America in five states, starting in Nebraska. Besides the great food and drinks, the big highlight of the event is spotting Sasquatch along the race course.

Runners can enjoy what the Run is calling “4ish” miles of wooded paths, home-cooked chili, beer from Tin Mill Brewing Company, and your signature Beer & Bagel tee shirt, featuring Mr. Sasquatch himself. The paths change every year making each running experience a new adventure.

Individual and team pricing are available so make this a solo adventure or group effort. After the run, race results will be available online for all those competitive types. Groups of 4 or more will save $5 per runner. Besides your online race results, prizes will be given to the best group costume, best group name, and largest group. Individual male and female will be given for best costume as well.

Your registration package includes your race entry, pre and post run games, beer, bagels, home cooked chili, a souvenir race bib, your “I’m a drinker with running problem” tee shirt, and of course free photos with Sasquatch.

Oak Glenn Vineyards & Winery is known for its stunning views and secluded location just two and a half miles east of Hermann on Highway 100. Tin Mill Brewing Company’s beer is crafted in accordance to the German Purity Law of 1516 and uses barley and hops straight from Germany, giving you a unique international taste. Tin Mill was established in Hermann in 2005 and is the only true lager microbrewery in the state of Missouri.
