Hermann was the place to be in October. Our guests kept remarking about the beautiful fall foliage and the great weather! We often found many guests sitting outside on our new covered patio enjoying a glass of wine and pizza from the outdoor pizza oven. Whether guests decided to go out and partake of the Oktoberfest festivities or stay in and relax in their hot tub there was definitely something for everyone. We are honored that our guests choose Hermann Hill for that perfect getaway for romance, relaxation and retreat! As

My husband and I covered the 3 R’s this weekend. We relaxed rejuvenated and re-connected. Coming to Hermann Hill gives us the permission and encouragement to unwind and relax. We relaxed out by the fireplace in the evenings. Going on the 3-mile walk and then come back to enjoy the hot tub helped to rejuvenate our bodies. Spending time together is always a good way to reconnect. But one very special reconnection was contained in the sealed envelope we found in our room. Inside was a questionnaire we filled out 2 years ago when we came here last. It was amazing to read our hopes and dreams and to realized we had checked some off! Now it’s time for us to go home and reminisce about our remarkable weekend!
We had a wonderful time staying at the Inn. Our stay was during Oktoberfest, and we shopped and hit a couple wineries and the Tin Mill microbrewery. But we were always anxious to get back to our comfortable room and relax. In fact, we spent more time in our room than anywhere else, The service is the best of anywhere we’ve ever stayed! We enjoyed everything-the food, welcome baskets, massages, drinks, jetted tub, and even Lewis and Clark. Thank you for a great honeymoon!
