Mike Sloan the Wurstmeister will be hosting a Sausage Making 101 class on Saturday August 17,2013. He is a two-time hall of farmer and will show you how sausage making is done. There is limited space for the class so call for reservations soon! Tickets are $35 for the class which includes beer and bratwurst tasting, a Wurst Haus apron and two pounds of delicious German sausage that you make. We all know how much Lewis loves his food and he would like to also see you at the German Buffet Saturday August 17 and Sunday August 18. Enjoy bratwurst, schnitzel, currywurst, German potato salad, sauerkraut, red cabbage and dessert at the Wurst Haus.
