Single Night Weekend Availability
We hold five of our eight rooms at the inn for single night weekend booking November to May and three rooms at the inn for single night weekend booking June to September. We normally book all cottages for a minimum two night stay, except for dates posted on this page. All eight inn rooms are available for single night weekday (Monday-Sunday) reservations. |

Last Minute Availability Specials
We love guests making last minute reservations! When booking less than 24 hours in advance of your arrival, you will always receive a 25% discount off your midweek (Mon. - Thurs.) reservation and a 10% discount off your weekend reservation (Friday-Sunday.) We would prefer to book a two night weekend stay with a 10% nightly discount than split two night stay rooms into single night reservations, so feel free to call us Thursday afternoons if you see that we have weekend availability. |

American Hero Specials
We always offer a 10% discount on weekday rooms and cottages (Monday-Thursday) for active military, police, fire, the clergy, and other currently employed emergency personnel in addition to any other discounts. Katy Trail - Select Registry Fall Special
Hermann Hill and the Yates House Bed and Breakfast in Rocheport, MO are promoting hiking, biking, and exploring central Missouri this Fall. Specifics of the program include (assuming two people):
When you stay at either property, you can purchase a hiker/biker friendly lunch for $10.00 per person, or $20.00 per couple
When you stay at the second property you will receive a refund ($20.00 per couple) for your previous lunches and additional lunches for your hiking and biking therefore creating a $40.00 value.
Through bikers and hikers will get complimentary transportation from the trail to the inn or cottages and a ride from the inn to a local restaurant.
Dry storage for you bicycles at both the inn and village
Details and individualized suggestions on themed adventure day trips between Hermann and Rocheport for specific interests, including history, great lunch spots at local taverns, and much more.

Hundreds of couples honeymoon at Hermann Hill in Missouri each year, and the numbers keep growing especially now that we opened the wedding chapel. In 2008, we are offering a no-charge value added package for all honeymoon couples bookings at least two consecutive nights at the Inn or Village Cottages. The package includes:
A Bottle of Champagne or sparkling grape juice
Two Hermann Hill Champagne flutes
A special Same Time Next Year package, including discounts

Multiple Night Discounts ( - - including all midweek cottage reservations - - )
Receive a 10% discount for your second night's stay and a 20% discount for your third and subsequent night's stay, for Monday to Thursday. When booking Thursday and Friday, you will receive a discount for Thursday. When booking a Sunday and Monday, you will receive a discount for Monday.
During August, you will also receive $20.00 in Hermann Bucks when you stay multiple mid-week nights. These Hermann Bucks can be spent at area restaurants, shops, and stores. We'll give you a card at check-in that you will take to the Hermann Chamber Tourism Center to receive your Hermann Bucks. |

| Frequent Stay Programs
1. Same Time Next Year
We introduced this program in December 2004, and it is our most popular special. Book the room or cottage of your choice for next year before you depart, and we'll give you this year's rates and an envelope that will be wax sealed for you to record your thoughts on the coming year. We then put that envelope in your room on the day of your arrival.
2. Hermann Hill's Rewards Program
Introduced in our August 2008 Newsletter, this program rewards our repeat guests. After you've stayed 10 nights with us, you'll receive a gift certificate equal to 10 percent of what you spent. It's just that simple, and for most guests it means their eleventh night is free. Features of the plan include:
- Rewards are retroactive to January 1, 2008, so all of this year's nights count.
- American Hero Specials, multiple-night discounts, Same Time Next Year, and Last-Minute Discounts still apply.
- As you get close to your tenth night, we'll send you an email reminder, so you can plan your next stay.
