Our "Hermann Hill Guarantee" states that our lowest rates will always be posted on this website and all of our specials (except last minute) are retroactive, so those making advanced reservations get the same deal as those who book at a later date. Book last minute, and we have a special rate for you too.
From time to time, special rates are offered due to occasional last minute cancellations or excess availability. We offer the new Hermann Hill Village Cottages at the same rate as Hermann Hill Inn vineyard suites in 2009 but always require a minimum two-night cottage stay (unless only a single night is available). Pricing for Hermann Hill specials vary by the season and the day of the week. Be sure to sign up to receive email alerts and newsletters with special offers. For 2010, our guests will also have the opportunity to win one of two gift certificates awarded monthly to the couple that writes the most interesting "thread" or narrative describing some of places you visited and things you did during your Hermann stay. We plan to post these threads on a website page to hopefully provide 24 interesting stories by year's end from the Hermann Hill guest viewpoint on what other couples might do while visiting the heart of Missouri Wine Country.

Single Night Weekend Availability
We hold five of our eight Hermann Hill Suites at the inn for single night weekend booking November to May and three Hermann Hill Suites at the inn for single night weekend booking June to September. The exception to this is Valentine's Weekend---when all rooms require a two-night stay if you are booking either Saturday, February 13 or Sunday, February 14. We normally book all cottages for a minimum two night stay, except when only a single night is available between two multiple night reservations. All eight inn rooms are available for single night weekday (Monday-Sunday) reservations.

Last Minute Availability Specials
Are you last minute planner? We think serendipity is good and if you wait, you’ll get a great rate! Book your Hermann Hill getaway less than 24 hours in advance of your arrival, and you will receive a 25% discount off your midweek (Mon. - Thurs.) reservation and a 10% discount off your weekend reservation (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.) Waiting to see what the weather will bring? Feel free to call us 24-hours in advance if you see that we have availability at 573-486-4455. Please note, promotional offers can not be combined, so last minute discounts may not be applied to package rates.

2010 FIRST QUARTER SPECIAL Stay two nights that includes a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday during January, February, and March and receive the following:

2010 VALENTINES WEEKEND SPECIAL
- Valentine’s weekend is Friday, February 12th through Monday, February 15th, which is also President’s Day
- All Saturday or Sunday night reservations require a two night stay, and include a $20.00 voucher for our gift shop
- The top levels of the cottages are being held for couples who would like to be married on that weekend or have a renewal of vows ceremony. Contact us for details. These cottage rooms can be booked for a single night with any of our wedding packages or vow renewal packages

American Hero Specials-Active Military, Police, Fire, Clergy, and other Emergency Personnel
We always offer a 10% discount on weekday (Monday-Thursday) rooms and cottages for active military**, police, fire, the clergy, and other currently employed emergency personnel in addition to any other discounts. We thank you for all that you do to keep us safe and help us in our time of need.

| Frequent Stay Programs
1. Same Time Next Year
We introduced this program in December 2004, and it is our most popular special. Book the room or cottage of your choice for next year before you depart, and we'll give you this year's rates and an envelope that will be wax sealed for you to record your thoughts on the coming year. We then put that envelope in your room on the day of your arrival. As another reward for our Same Time Next Year guests you can bring a second couple for the same rate as you pay for your 2009 stay.
2. Hermann Hill's Rewards Program
Introduced in our August 2008 Newsletter, this program rewards our repeat guests. After you've stayed 10 nights with us, you'll receive a gift certificate equal to 10 percent of what you spent. It's just that simple, and for most guests it means their eleventh night is free. Features of the plan include:
- Rewards are retroactive to January 1, 2008, so all of this year's nights count.
- American Hero Specials, multiple-night discounts, Same Time Next Year, and Last-Minute Discounts still apply.
- As you get close to your tenth night, we'll send you an email reminder, so you can plan your next stay.

| Packages and Gift Baskets
Order any of our packages and gift baskets at least 24 hours in advance of your reservation and we will be happy to place it in your Inn room or Village Cottage when you arrive. We’re happy to personalize your gift basket with additional items to fit the occasion. For example, we can also add vouchers for area restaurants, wineries, shops, grocery stores, and bakeries in $5 increments.

Hundreds of couples honeymoon at Hermann Hill in Missouri each year, and the numbers keep growing especially as more couples get married in the Hermann Hill wedding chapel. Over 40% of our guests use Hermann Hill gift certificates when booking their stay. Children give them to parents for a little R&R, and parents give them to their children needing a break from home. Offices collect funds to buy them as wedding gifts and spouses give them to one another for birthdays, anniversaries, and Christmas. Hermann Hill gift certificates never expire and can be used at both the inn and Village Cottages.
