Our goal as your wine country lodging is simple...to provide the best hospitality and to make your stay at Hermann Hill Vineyard and Inn a memorable one. In order to achieve this for every guest, some simple policies have been established for the bed and breakfast. Please take a moment to review these policies:
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 10 days in advance of scheduled arrival will be refunded, less a 10% handling fee, or fully exchanged for a gift certificate to be used at a future date. For cancellations less than 10 days in advance, a 50% refund will be provided. If we are able to make your cancelled reservation available to another guest, we will provide a full refund, less 10% handling fee. Cancellation made less than 24 hours of reservation will receive no refund unless we are able to rebook the room.
A special cancellation policy exists for groups or individuals reserving more than two rooms for any given date. This policy basically extends the cancellation notification period from 10 days to 30 days.
 Restrictions
Hermann Hill is a totally smoke-free environment. All guests must be at least 18 years of age. Maximum occupancy is two people per room. Pets are not allowed. We will, however, be happy to help guests with pets make boarding arrangements at our local kennels.

Hermann Hill ONLY accepts gift certificates from the following entities:

Bed and Breakfast Inns of Missouri (BBIM) Gift Certificates
Select Registry Gift Certificates
Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m. We provide dog biscuits for guests to feed Fred and Gracie and many guests do this when they depart the inn, after making the dogs sit.
