The 32nd annual Hermann Wurstfest, March 26-27, will feature samples and sales from the state's leading purveyors, sausage-making contests and demonstrations, German music and dancing, and the crowd-pleasing Wiener Dog Derby.
Hermann Wine Trail vintners are offering a package deal on four 2011 events — Norton Wine Trail in May, Berries & BarBQ Wine Trail in July, Holiday Fare Wine Trail in November, and Say Cheese Wine Trail in December. Tickets are available online or from the Hermann Welcome Center, 800-932-8687.

For each referral, you'll receive one Frequent Stay* credit. When you have 10 credits (each night's stay is worth one credit), we'll send you a gift certificate equal to 10 percent of what you've spent. For most guests, that means their eleventh night is free.

Our second Hermann Hill visit was again a fantastic experience! We came to celebrate the end of the weekends just being about us as we prepare to welcome our son into the world in a little over two months. The Babymoon Package was perfect. Terry and Peggy definitely know the way to an expectant mom's heart—massage cream, a big comfy pillow, and CHOCOLATE! This trip was the perfect opportunity to reconnect, reflect on the past, enjoy the present, and imagine how much our world is going to change. Hermann Hill had been recommend by friends and it did not disappoint. It was great to be able to stay in or go out without the "to do" list looming over our heads. After an eight-month separation, we got to be alone together, with total privacy to do whatever we wanted. When John leaves, we’ll know that even with everything that had to be done while he was home, we took time to be together. We will be back.
