Dear Guests & Friends,
HERMANN HILL
THREE MILE WALK
As the weather improves more of our guests bring their walking shoes and
follow the specific route that makes up the Hermann Hill Three Mile Walk.
Beginning and ending at our inn, you can probably complete the route in 60
minutes or 4 hours, depending on how you chose to spend your time. You can stop
for lunch, tour a winery or museum; visit the Deutschiem historic site, shop for
antiques, the
Gasconade County Courthouse, and much more.
Couples staying with us in April will receive a complimentary bottle of
Hermann Hill Port
Chocolate Raspberry Sauce when they complete the three mile walk. (Limit one
bottle per couple.)
Guests also receive three pages of anecdotal information that correspond to key
stops along the route. An incredible amount of research was done by a local
historian, Nancy Fagerness, so that we could provide our guests with an accurate
portrayal of these Hermann urban legends. |
