Breakfast Options at Hermann Hill

We know you love options and that is why we offer a combined total of eight delicious entrees to choose from allowing you to customize your breakfast menu each morning depending on where you choose to stay. If you choose accommodations at Hermann Hill’s Vineyard Inn Suites, then you have the choice to dine intimately together with our complimentary breakfast delivery or enjoy the company of other guests in our Frank Lloyd Wright inspired dining room, on our dining deck or in the kitchen overlooking the Norton Vineyard and town of Hermann.

Staying at our River Bluff Cottage Suites? You will have the option of receiving complimentary breakfast delivery, enjoy breakfast at the Inn or have your breakfast pre-stocked with the Chef’s choice so you can enjoy breakfast when you choose.

All entrées (except the Savory Scrambled Egg Casserole) are served with bacon or sausage, potatoes, fresh fruit, and your choice of a bread side (flowerpot muffin, biscuit and gravy, gluten free muffin, coffee cake, cinnamon toast, or wheat toast). For those who are low-carb or carb-free, we also offer roasted pureed cauliflower instead of potatoes as an option.

Seven “Full” Breakfast Options Available at Hermann Hill Vineyard Inn & Spa

  • VEGETARIAN CHEESE STRATA – This savory strata is made with cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes and bread stuffing.  Served with croissant, biscuit & gravy, or cinnamon toast.
  • GOURMET BELGIAN WAFFLES – Choose your preference of Plain, Blueberry, Pecan, or Chocolate Chip Fluffy Waffles. Toppings choices include seasonal fruit or bananas. Then select from a variety of syrups including Chocolate, Raspberry, Maple, Sugar-Free. Served every other day.
  • SAVORY SCRAMBLED EGG CASSEROLE – (low carb, gluten free)   Served with a side of bacon or sausage, no potatoes or fruit unless otherwise requested.
  • SIGNATURE CARAMEL PECAN FRENCH TOAST -Our signature fresh-baked cinnamon bread soaked in French toast batter with a pecan caramel topping and baked to perfection.
  • LIGHT AND CREAMY SEAFOOD FRITTATA – (gluten-free) Seafood frittata with green bell peppers, green onions and cheese blend.   Served with gluten-free muffin or coffee cake.
  • ZESTY MUSHROOM CRUSTED QUICHE – Zesty quiche with jack cheese, green onion and mushrooms.  Served with a muffin or biscuit & gravy.
  • MADE TO ORDER FLUFFY OMELET – Choose your preference of whole eggs or Egg Beaters. Then add as many of the following as you want:  Swiss, cheddar, capers, chorizo, ham, bacon, onion, tomatoes, green peppers, mushrooms, spinach, side of salsa, or side of sour cream.  Served with flower pot muffin or biscuit & gravy. Served every other day.

Six “Full” Breakfast Options Available at Hermann Hill Village

  • HEARTY LUMBER JACK POTATO EGG CASSEROLE –This entrée is similar to our Savory Scrambled Egg Casserole but includes potatoes, bacon and sausage.

  • Granola, Fruit & Yogurt Parfait – Served with coffee cake or cinnamon toast.
  • Continental Breakfast – Served with fruit and coffee cake or cinnamon toast.
  • Cereal with Milk – Choose from our Hermann Hill Signature Granola, Corn Flakes, Oatmeal, Raisin Bran with 2% Milk, Skim Milk or Soy Milk.

Cottages Pre-Stocked Menu

  • 1ST MORNING – Potato Egg Casserole, Seasonal Muffins or English Muffins, Fresh Mixed Fruit (apples and oranges)
  • 2ND MORNING – Breakfast Pockets, (1 Cherry, 1 Ham & Cheese) Apple Breakfast Sausage, Fresh Mixed Fruit (grapes, melons, or berries)
  • 3RD MORNING – Scrambled Egg Casserole, 8 Grain Bread or Croissants, Fresh Mixed Fruit (apples and oranges)
  • 4TH MORNING – Pecan-Glazed French Toast, Au Gratin Potato Casserole, Fresh Mixed Fruit (grapes, melons, or berries)

If you feel you may need additional breakfast entrees please let our front desk staff know so Chef Rhonda can prepare your meals accordingly.

Inn

  • Depart whenever you want – Continental Breakfast to go delivered with your evening cookies.  Includes muffins, orange juice, fruit, and to-go cups (use your in-room coffee maker), napkins and a surprise.
  • Early Continental TO GO (pick up in the kitchen)

  • Early Continental (brought to your room)

Cottages

  • Breakfast Delivery– Delivered to your room by Chef Rhonda between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM
  • Pre-Stock– We will pre-stock all of your breakfast, snack, cookies and beverages before you arrive. Guests staying more than 3 days will be restocked on the 4th day.
