Hermann Hill’s Cheese Ball Recipe

Hermann Hill’s Chef Rhonda has been making this Cheese Ball for weddings and events for years and it is always a hit- guests inevitably ask for the recipe.  This is a perfect appetizer for large or small gatherings, and can be customized for the holidays by adding dried cranberries or parsley for a little holiday color.

Chef Rhonda’s Cheeseball

Perfect for the Holidays!

  • 2 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 bunch green onions, finely diced
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup salad dressing (not mayo)
  • 1 pound bacon, cooked, chopped
  • 2 cups pecans, chopped 

Mix all ingredients together and chill for a few hours.  Then shape the cheese into a ball and roll in pecans to coat.
