201 is the upper unit of the Steamboat Cottage and is named after the great Heckmann steamboat captains. This cottage is located on our most challenging building site and includes a steep concrete sidewalk to access the split foyer entrance.

The Captains Heckmann Suite features the following amenities:

Train Noise: Guests should know that train tracks are located at the base of the river bluff. Since Hermann now has a quiet zone, there are few whistles, but you will hear train noise and feel their vibration. If this is a problem, you should book our Vineyard & Inn suites and not our River Bluff Cottages.
