What we did on our visit to Hermann Hill...

402 is the lower unit of Cottage # 4. It has a king size sleigh bed, a see-thru fireplace (to the living room) with flat screen TV in front of the bed, aromatherapy fireplace beside a six foot round Jacuzzi, a steam shower with body sprays and rain forest head, and hot tub outside the patio reached through a door directly from the bedroom.

The kitchen and living room are to the east of the bedroom. The kitchen includes a large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, table and chairs, and utensils. The living room has a see-thru fireplace (to the bedroom), flat screen TV, couch and door leading to the patio which in addition to the hot tub also has a gas grill. The deck has a covered area with table and chairs.

Fireplaces: To conserve energy, both the aroma therapy and see-through  fireplaces will be shut off June 1st and will not be able to be lit for the remainder of the summer.

 Train Noise:  Guests should know that train tracks are located at the base of the river bluff.  Since Hermann now has a quiet zone, there are few train whistles, but you will hear train noise and feel their vibration.  If this is a problem, you should book our Vineyard & Inn suites and not our River Bluff Cottages.
